This guide presents a structured walking meditation that leads you through the four foundations of mindfulness: body, feelings, mind, and dhamma – in accordance with the progression of the Satipaṭṭhāna Sutta. Inspired by the teachings of Bhikkhu Anālayo and Ajahn Sona, the method integrates recitation, investigation, and mindful movement into a cohesive practice that can be adapted to any pace. The meditation offers a practical template that can be varied, deepened, and shaped according to your own experience and current focus. It is an invitation to develop a wakeful and clear awareness–and to discover how insight and joy naturally grow when phenomena are observed with an unclouded, disenchanted presence. As Ajahn Sona has expressed regarding the guide: “…quite a thorough method for someone to practice walking meditation.” Note: The guide is available as an audio file on YouTube and on the website, from which it can be downloaded.
