The author of this book, who earlier lived in another Nordic country moved back to Denmark after retirement of an academic career and desided to explore the nature, wood and shore, around Nyborg. The daily promenade with the mini-dackshound "Mr Carl", gave many experiences and thoughts. The author has for many years studied stress related diseases, and has thereby the understanding of how nature has the ability to restore both body and mind with its`healing power, by reducing stress levels in the body, as well as giving the mind "peace" and uplifting. The aim of this book was therefor to inspire others to be more in nature for wellbeing and good health.
